When a 3.5kg 6 day old lamb named Ruby was delivered to my house I felt both humbled and ill-prepared for what was to come.

Elizabeth and Philip were rescued together at only a day or 2 old. They spent the first 8 weeks of their lives with one of our marvellous foster carers until an unfortunate accident occurred.

In early August we received a call about a little dorper lamb. He was born a twin, but his sister died. His mother cleaned him, but then for some unknown reason left him behind.
